As our Nurse Manager, you'll provide compassionate medical care, lead a dedicated team, and help women in Dillon facing unexpected pregnancies find clarity, hope, and support.
This flexible part-time position offers up to 32 hours per week

What You'll Do
As our Nurse Manager, you'll lead our medical team while providing compassionate, high-quality care to women facing unexpected pregnancies.
You'll help ensure every patient receives excellent medical care in a safe, supportive, and faith-centered environment.
You'll:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise our nursing team while fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
- Assess patient needs and provide safe, compassionate nursing care.
- Perform pregnancy testing, examinations, treatments, and limited OB ultrasounds under the direction of our Medical Director.
- Carry out physician-directed care, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Educate patients about their physical, emotional, and spiritual health, helping them better understand their pregnancy and available resources.
- Coordinate patient follow-up to ensure continuity of care and ongoing support.
- Help every patient feel seen, heard, and cared for while reflecting the value of every life through compassionate medical care.
