What You'll Do

As our Nurse Manager, you'll lead our medical team while providing compassionate, high-quality care to women facing unexpected pregnancies.

You'll help ensure every patient receives excellent medical care in a safe, supportive, and faith-centered environment.

You'll:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise our nursing team while fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
• Assess patient needs and provide safe, compassionate nursing care.
• Perform pregnancy testing, examinations, treatments, and limited OB ultrasounds under the direction of our Medical Director.
• Carry out physician-directed care, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Educate patients about their physical, emotional, and spiritual health, helping them better understand their pregnancy and available resources.
• Coordinate patient follow-up to ensure continuity of care and ongoing support.
• Help every patient feel seen, heard, and cared for while reflecting the value of every life through compassionate medical care.
